UltraChrome Pro ink is based on Epson's famous K3 & HDR ink. It has an aqueous (water based)
all-pigment construction that has been designed for professional and commercial print production.

NOTE : All canvasses are delivered unstretched, rolled in a tube. You will need to go to your local framer to get them stretched, all framers stretch canvasses, stretching canvas is much cheaper than glass framing.

Shipping

All orders will be processed and dispatched from our studio within 2-5 business days. Please note, no changes can be made to the delivery address you have provided once your order has been placed. Your order may be delivered by either your local postal service or by a courier.
Mostly all your orders will be delivered by a courier service. If you are not home a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected. A signature may be required for larger deliveries. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@intonephotography.com.au . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
